Abstract
Human resources play a pivotal role in organizational productivity, and personality types and coping styles are among the key factors affecting employee performance. This applied research, conducted using a descriptive-correlation method, examined the relationship between these variables and the productivity of active-duty employees in the Islamic Republic of Iran Army (IRA). The required data were collected by distributing questionnaires among 302 employees who were selected through convenience sampling and analyzed using regression method. The findings indicated that recognizing personality types and coping styles and paying attention to them both in the recruitment process and during the service period has a significant contribution to increasing or decreasing employee productivity. Specifically, certain personality types were associated with higher levels of productivity, and employing effective coping styles also led to improved individual and organizational performance. As a result, it can be acknowledged that personality screening and providing targeted training in the field of coping strategies can act as a strategic lever to improve organizational productivity and optimize human resource management in the army organization.
