Abstract: Addiction and drug use, as one of the most serious social challenges in our country, is the cause of many injuries and deviations. As a part of the society, the duty workers in Dejban Aja are naturally exposed to the tendency to use drugs. In this research, by examining the role of commanders in preventing drug use in the spring and summer of 1402, a proactive solution has been presented by modeling the managerial roles of Mintzberg. In the above research, observation, interview and questionnaire methods were used to collect information. Using a researcher-made questionnaire, 350 people from the statistical population of Dehban Aja employees were studied using random sampling and Cochran's method. Also, 30 people from the statistical community of commanders were interviewed by using Barryfield and Ruth's employment consent questionnaire. The results of the interview based on the most emphasis and repetition were entered into the Excel software in the form of zero and one. To check the significant relationship between the scores of people in the questionnaire, the structural equation test is used, which will be done using the Smart Place software. In the next section, the test of the research hypotheses and their findings have been discussed. In this section, structural equation analysis tests (path analysis) of covariance have been used to test the research hypotheses. SPSS and AMOS statistical software are used to reduce errors in calculations. The results obtained using interview data, organizational information, previous research and experts' opinion have been used to present the proposed model. The results obtained from the interview, the high frequencies of nineteen questionnaires were selected as influential variables, and using the obtained data, a model called the influential model, inspired by Mintzberg's managerial roles, is proposed to commanders and officials related to the field of duty staff. to be
