Providing a Command and Control Model In war

Abstract
The command and control system is not based on the needs of the armed forces and must be changed in accordance with the new structure. Command and control in joint operations creates unity of effort, coordination, synergy, and most importantly, creates unity of command for units operating in the theater of operations and the battlefield. The main goal of this research is to present the main components and factors of the command and control model In war. The type of research is applied-developmental, written in a descriptive-analytical method, and the sample size is 50 command and control specialists. According to the research findings, the transformation from traditional models to the new command and control model requires systematic steps based on operational needs, new technologies, and security challenges. New equipment and new structures such as cyber warfare and artificial intelligence must be included in the command and control system. The new command and control model is considered a fundamental transformation in military operations management, designed by integrating advanced technologies, flexible structures, and multidisciplinary approaches. According to the results of the descriptive research and questionnaire, a new command and control model has been designed considering the changes in the operational environment and the emergence of new threats. The main result of this model is to face the complex and dynamic challenges of future wars. The new model includes C3I2ESR command, control, cyber, IT, intelligence, forest, surveillance and reconnaissance.
