Abstract
Nowadays, due to the advancement of military weapons and the increase in war casualties, the use of traditional treatment methods is not effective and the need to revise treatment methods is evident. Relief operations in war conditions have always been one of the important challenges for combat organizations and armies of different countries. Considering the movement of armies of different countries towards intelligent relief and treatment, attention to this issue has become more important than ever. After reviewing various studies, it was found that one of the most efficient methods for crisis management in the battlefields of asymmetric wars is intelligent relief and treatment. Through intelligent relief and treatment, goals such as accelerating the recovery of war and non-war wounded, reducing the number of deaths, increasing the country's combat capability, increasing the capacity of medical personnel, reducing costs, etc. can be achieved. This research is a review study in the field of intelligent medical care. In this study, the meta-analysis method was used. After a detailed review of the studies conducted in this field, 34 articles of different types were collected. In this study, we first reviewed articles related to modeling. Then, we reviewed articles related to intelligentization and extracted intelligentization tools used in the discussion of relief and treatment. After extracting the smart tools, the results of this research show that the most frequent smart tools for emergency medical care are artificial intelligence (machine learning and deep learning), the Internet of Things, and 5G. This is evident with the help of the VosViewer software, which is displayed after extracting the smart tools. Considering the identification of smart tools, the output of this research can be used to prepare the necessary infrastructure for smart emergency medical care.
