Improving the combat capability of the air defense battalions of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army Ground Force in hybrid warfare

Abstract
The complex and multidimensional nature of combined warfare requires that the country's armed forces, the Islamic Republic of Iran Army Ground Force, and the air defense battalions, in accordance with their inherent mission of repelling any aggression, use, localize, and combine all combat power factors to repel aggression and destroy the aggressor in the shortest possible time. The purpose of this research is to investigate how to improve the combat power (non-physical factors) of the air defense battalions of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army Ground Force in combined warfare.

Research Method: The statistical population was 114 people and the sample size was 88 people. The present research is applied in terms of the research objective and the research method related to it is consistent with the descriptive method. For this research, information was collected using two field methods (interviews and questionnaires) and library methods, and since qualitative and quantitative data were used in the research process, the research approach is mixed. For this purpose, the literature and reliable field studies conducted by others were reviewed, and other required information was obtained through library, internet, and domestic and foreign database searches.

Results: The results obtained from the research objectives demonstrate that by strengthening employees' trust in the organization through their participation in decision-making and making the organization's environment and atmosphere pleasant, the combat capability of the air defense battalions of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army Ground Force in combined warfare can be enhanced.
