Abstract
During many years, great powers always tried to impose their sovereignty and domination over the world under the title of a world order on other nations. During periods of power transfer between nations, crises and serious conflicts occur to form a new order. The global order in the 21st century has undergone a fundamental change due to the development of technologies and the entry into the information age, so that the actors determining security have changed from purely governmental actors to a combination of governmental and non-governmental actors. On the other hand, with the emergence of non-state actors, the ways of fighting have also changed. Therefore, the military tactics and strategies of countries are affected by the complexities resulting from this evolution. The Islamic Republic of Iran, due to its Shiite Islamic system and its anti-arrogant ideology, has always been and is being the enemy of arrogant powers and some of its power-seeking neighbors after the Islamic Revolution. Therefore, in order to preserve the country's independence and play an effective role in the new world order, it is necessary to obtain permanent preparation, and to obtain permanent preparation, the armed forces of the country, especially the ground forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, must develop capabilities for their future officers.
